Welcome to Job House
These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your use of Job house and any related services provided by us. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access Job house
1. Account Creation
1.1. In order to use Job House, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
1.2. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access Job House and for any activities or actions under your password.
2. User Content
2.1. You retain ownership of any content you submit to Job House, including resumes, cover letters, job postings, and other materials (“User Content”). However, by submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with Job House.
2.2. You represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to use and authorize us to use your User Content as necessary to exercise the licenses granted by you in these Terms; and (b) your User Content does not violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other proprietary rights.
3. Prohibited Conduct
3.1. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
– Using Job House for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law;
– Posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
– Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity;
– Interfering with or disrupting the operation of Job House or the servers or networks used to make Job House available;
– Harvesting or collecting email addresses or other contact information of other users from Job House by electronic or other means for the purposes of sending unsolicited emails or other unsolicited communications;
– Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of Job House or features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any content or enforce limitations on use of Job House;
– Engaging in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of Job House, or which, as determined by us, may harm Job House or users of Job House or expose them to liability.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to Job House immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa , without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
6. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
